Application and Payment Options

You can apply online or offline. And, irrespective of your application method, you can also use either online or offline payment system.

Payment Methods

Online Payment: To pay either the registration or the program fees online by credit or debit card, click here to go to our secure online payment platform.

Offline Payment: You can use a bankers or cashiers check or money order or provide credit card information. Scroll down to download form. Acceptable forms of payment are bankers cashiers check, money order, or by credit (Visa/MasterCard/America Express/Discover).

You will need to add 2.5% surcharge to all credit card payments. This charge is now waived for all payments made by May 31. Scroll down to download payment or application form.

You will need to fax, email (attachment) or snail-mail the form to us. If you wish to pay by credit card, you need to indicate the card details in the form or call to provide us the details.
