Free Spanish Study Abroad Materials
To help you study Spanish in Latin America, the Guatemala Study Abroad Program partner school has a library with over 1500 books and lots of magazines and other material. Guatemala Spanish Study Abroad students can borrow these books at no extra charge. There are lots of videos, documentaries and films incorporated into the teaching process at no additional cost to the student.

Cultural Events for Spanish Students
To enhance the learning experience, this Spanish Study Abroad Guatemala Program offers free time and weekend trips and cultural activities for students. Activities include soccer games, traditional dinners, potlucks, salsa classes, visits to hot springs, and hikes to volcanoes, on the weekends. Visits to indigenous villages, churches, markets, cultural conferences, films and discussions also incorporated.

Starting Dates:
2nd and 4th Wednesday of every Month. Plan
on Arriving the day before.
Airport Arrival Time: Preferably by 11:00 AM
Accommodation and Meals:
Except during the Adventure Program,
accommodation provided in Host families. 3 local Guatemalan
home meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are provided per day.
Transportation:
Most projects within 5 to 15 minutes walking
distance from home.
Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays, 5 Hours. 8 AM to 1 PM or 2 ?7 PM
with a 30-minute break..
