Combination of Programs
The Volunteer Abroad in Nepal, Internships Abroad in Nepal, are offered independently as well as in combination with the Language and Culture Program, and the Nepal Adventure Holidays programs.
Additionally, we offer Gap Year Abroad in Nepal and can arrange a Group Volunteer Abroad placement for groups including students and church missions at a discounted cost.

Nepal Volunteer Program Highlights
Age Limit: 18 and over; Under 18 years only as outlined on Gap Year Abroad in Nepal and Group Volunteer Abroad pages.
Location: Kathmandu, Capital City of Nepal and other regions like Lalitpur; Jawalakhel; Makwanpur; Sindhupalchok.
Length of Program: 1 to 14 weeks.
Starting Dates:1st and 3rd Thursday of every Month
Airport Arrival: By 3:00 PM the previous day.
Accommodation and Meals: Accommodation provided in special selected Host families. 3 local Nepalese meals are provided per day including free self-packed lunch.
Transportation: Projects mostly walking distance from home. Alternatively take commuter bus; fare will normally be no more than USD 1.00 per day for a return trip to and from project.
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays. 3 to 8 hours daily.
