Tanzania Community and Cultural Volunteering
Volunteers
with this projects will assist local people document and preserve their
culture and traditions by collecting and documenting relevant
information and if possible developing a website. Volunteers abroad in
Tanzania will also work with the Catholic church relief program, the
Lutheran church Aid and other local churches to examine and analyses
causes of poverty, create community development awareness, come up with
development ideas and find ways of encouraging communities to initiate
their own development projects.
Combination of Programs
In addition to community and cultural development voluntary service in Tanzania, the International Volunteer Travel also offers opportunities for Internships Abroad in Tanzania, the Language and Cultural Experience, the Tanzania Swahili Study Abroad and Tanzania Adventure Tours and Holidays program.
